A Guide to Planning Your Wedding Florals
Save the date
- after establishing availability for your date an initial enquiry form will be sent you along with a guide price intended to help you budget.

Phone Consultation
- after I have received your form back we can arrange an informal chat at your convenience and any questions you may have we can address at this point we can start to gain a clearer idea of what we can achieve for your budget and offer suggestions of how to get the most out of your florals for your big day.

If you are happy to proceed with booking at point a retainer fee is required to secure your date and allow me to plan my dairy .
Personal Consultation
- around 4 - 6 months from your big day we will arrange a face to face meeting . I have found from past experience that this works better as all the other elements tend to be fixed by this point , venue , cake, dresses and colours etc. Any sundry items that have been identified in our phone conversation established and sourced if needed for designs. It is at after this point that a more accurate and detailed proposal including final flower choices, check colours and a mood board designed especially for your wedding florals.

Finally check
- this will be approximately 2 weeks from your wedding day when any last minute additions and delivery details checked and timings with venues etc will be finalised. At this point final payment will be required as certain elements may need to pre-ordered.
